Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
MALTRIN® maltodextrins and corn syrup solids are extensively utilized as spray drying aids for cheese powders and coffee whiteners. Fat-reduced cultured dairy products such as sour creams and spreads benefit from the body and texture regained when formulated with MALTRIN® carbohydrates.

Starches
PURE-GEL® modified starches can be used to stabilize water and provide a short pudding like consistency to yogurts and other dairy-based desserts. Dips and cheese-based sauces will benefit from the use of this family of starches for added storage stability and viscosity modification. This family of starches can be used to control water, provide for superior clarity and sheen, while imparting optimal texture without sacrificing flavor.
