Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
Low hygroscopicity, bland flavor and instant solubility make MALTRIN® maltodextrins and corn syrup solids outstanding carriers for most dry mix applications. They provide formulation flexibility when working with hygroscopic ingredients. MALTRIN® carbohydrates are also effective bulking agents for standardizing package fill levels. MALTRIN QD® maltodextrins and corn syrup solids provide bulk, low densities and quick dissolution and dispersion for mixes and delivery vehicles for high intensity sweeteners.

Starches
INSCOSITY® cold water swelling modified food starches easily disperse in dry soups, sauces and gravy mixes to deliver immediate viscosity without clumps or lumps. Different varieties are suitable for immediate consumption or for long hold conditions either on the steam table or under refrigerated or frozen storage.

The low gelatinization temperatures of PURE-GEL® modified food starches makes them the perfect choice for just add hot water soups and sauces for home or foodservice use.
