Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
MALTRIN® maltodextrins prevent sugar crystallization, keeping icings and glazes from turning sandy over storage. MALTRIN® carbohydrate ingredients also help to build solids, manage sweetness and control moisture.

Starches
PURE-COTE® modified food starches can be used in glazes to improve shine and cling, and extend shelf life.

INSCOSITY® cold water swelling modified food starches can be added to fruit glazes to maintain constant viscosity and clarity throughout shelf life even in low pH environments.
