Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
MALTRIN® maltodextrins and corn syrup solids contribute to a smooth creamy mouthfeel in pourable and spoonable salad dressings. The lower DE products exhibit a fat-like lubricity in reduced oil applications and provide enhanced body and cling.

Starches
INSCOSITY® cold water swelling modified food starches provide good stability under refrigeration or frozen storage of a wide variety of sauces and dressings without the need for a cooking hydration step.

PURE-GEL® modified food starches provide excellent sheen, stability and flavor release in sauces with optimal freeze thaw stability and refrigerated storage stability. This family of modified food starches is stabilized to prevent viscosity breakdown due to the stresses of shear, acidic conditions or extremes of thermal processing.
