Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
MALTRIN® maltodextrins can be used to disperse cocoa and other non-soluble solids, improve body and mouthfeel and increase solids in a variety of topping and variegate styles. Ice cream toppings can benefit from the use of these ingredients to impart sheen and enhance cling.

Starches
PURE-GEL® modified food starches can provide gloss, clarity, viscosity and good flavor release in high solids toppings from fruit to caramel. The different types of PURE-GEL® modified food starch can be matched to the specific properties desired and demands associated with the process and formulation.
