Starches
The desired viscosity for medical nutritional products, along with improved stability, is achieved by adding small amounts of PURE-COTE® and PURE-GEL® modified starches.
Fibers
TruBran® fibers are manufactured as fine particle size powders and are easily incorporated into nutritional beverages to provide a good source of fiber. The bland flavor does not interfere with the characteristics of the finished product.
