Starches
Texture, firmness and mouthfeel are very important when formulating a soft chew product. PURE-GEL® modified starch NF provides a soft, chewable texture without compromising the firmness of the chew. The clean flavor profile does not detract from added flavors.
Fibers
The fine particle size of TruBran® fibers allows easy incorporation into nutritional soft chews to provide a good source of fiber. The bland flavor does not interfere with the characteristics of the product.
