GPC unmodified corn starch is manufactured under strict SPC/SQC programs to ensure a uniform quality product. SUPERBOND® carrier starches exhibit outstanding adhesive characteristics that improve corrugator operations with adhesive preparation ease. The SUPERBOND® series of carrier starches (T200, T300 and T400) offers the diversification needed to meet the full range of adhesive requirements. Customized adhesive formulations, tailored to provide maximum bonding performance, can be developed for individual operating situations. AQUATITE® resins are specially formulated to impart moisture resistance to starch-based corrugating adhesives. AQUATITE® NDF R100 resin is a nondetectable formaldehyde resin. AQUATITE® LFR R106 resin contains a low free-formaldehyde level. Both are red tinted to give a visual indicator in the adhesive. AQUATITE® resins produce dependable, high-quality, moisture-resistant (MR) or water-resistant (WR) adhesives, especially when formulating with SUPERBOND® carrier starches.
