Liquor Dealer Recordkeeping and Registration and Repeal of certain Special Occupational Taxes

This final rule adopts, without change, the temporary rule concerning the repeal of certain special (occupational) taxes and the continued recordkeeping and registration requirements for dealers in distilled spirits, wines, and beer and for manufacturers of nonbeverage products.  See Regulations.gov docket TTB-2009-0003 for links to the final rule (T.D.
