TruBran® Corn Bran and Oat Fiber

TruBran® corn bran is a golden brown fiber made from 100% yellow corn. It contains a minimum of 75% total dietary fiber and is specially processed for added stability.

TruBran® corn bran comes in two different particle sizes: F75M is a finely milled product; F75R has a coarser particle size. F75M mixes easily with flour for incorporation into formulations. F75R can be used when product handling requires a less fine particle size and a more visual fiber is desired. Both of these products are an excellent source of fiber and are easily incorporated into snacks, cereals, baked goods, nutritional bars and other fiber-fortified foods.

TruBran® oat fiber is an excellent source of fiber from oats. It contains a minimum of 80% total dietary fiber with a neutral color and very little flavor. TruBran® F80T oat fiber can be used alone or in combination with other fiber ingredients to create high fiber products.

The intended use of TruBran® fibers to increase the fiber in snacks, cereals, baked goods, nutritional bars, beverages, supplements and other fiber-fortified foods is GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe).
