Grain Processing Corporation (GPC) has designed the ultimate starch-based adhesives for the bag industry. No matter what bag construction—multiwall, retail, open mesh, window or other specialty bag—or what application equipment, SEALMASTER^® mix adhesives will perform!

SEALMASTER^® P100/P10F and P11F are modified corn starches specifically developed to provide maximum adhesive performance. Adhesives made from SEALMASTER^® provide viscosity stability, can be easily prepared in a variety of mixing systems, and in most cases, reduce slinging and cleanup time. SEALMASTER^® P100-based adhesives are formulated for bonding difficult paper combinations with superior strength at faster machine speeds.

SEALMASTER^® P040 and P050 are proprietary, modified starch-based blends specifically developed to provide maximum adhesive performance. These one-bag mix formulas can provide efficiencies in adhesive preparation and inventory management, as well as increased machine speeds/productivity. SEALMASTER^® P041 and P051 are modified blends that are designed for less demanding applications.

SEALMASTER^® P30L modified starch paste adhesive is a ready-to-use modified corn starch paste specifically developed to provide maximum adhesive performance. It is formulated for laminating paper-to-paper and poly-to-paper. It replaces latex on a one-to-one basis in select applications. P30L is a natural, agriculturally-based product providing users stable viscosity and easy cleanup with water.

SEALMASTER^® P50L is a new modified starch paste adhesive that is higher in solids and provides even greater poly-to-paper adhesion than SEALMASTER^® P30L. It is specifically designed for adhesion to difficult substrates like PE, PP and metalized films. It is a ready-to-use starch paste that was developed to provide enhanced adhesive performance. It replaces latex on a one-to-one basis in many applications. SEALMASTER^® P50L is a natural, agriculturally-based product providing users excellent performance, stable viscosity, and easy cleanup with water.
