Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
Because MALTRIN® maltodextrins are mild and nonirritating, they are ideal for use in baby and children’s products. Furthermore, they are GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe).
Starches
PURE-DENT® corn starches are ideal absorbing powders for baby powder and other baby products. Basic starches, as well as pharmaceutical grade NF and USP starches, are available for these applications. Turning gels and sticky or oily active ingredients into powders that are easily utilized by consumers is a unique application for PURE-DENT® absorbing starches. PURE-GEL® and Zeina® modified starches are excellent thickeners and film formers for baby products needing a mild viscosifier.
