Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
MALTRIN^® and MALTRIN QD^® maltodextrins and corn syrup solids are excellent bulking and carrying ingredients for dry blends. The wide variety of particle sizes and bulk densities available enables the formulator to select the best product for their particular application. Low hygroscopicity, good flow properties and instant solubility make MALTRIN QD^® carbohydrates outstanding ingredients for reconstituted products.

Starches
Their flow properties, combined with the bulking and dispersing properties, make Spress^® NF starches ideal ingredients for dry blends. If carrying properties are needed for the formulation, a highly absorbent PURE-DENT^® starch is ideal for carrying oils and aqueous ingredients. GPC starches are available in a wide variety of particle sizes and bulk densities which enables the formulator to select the best product for their particular application.

Fibers
The particle size choices available in the TruBran^® product line allow the formulator the ability to select the desired label claim and product appearance for the finished powder product. The finer particle size F75M is ideal for dry blends that are sprinkled onto consumer products. With the use of TruBran^® corn bran in these products, it is easy to obtain an “excellent” source of fiber claim.
