Maltodextrins + corn syrup solids
MALTRIN^® maltodextrins and corn syrup solids are a great source of energy for nutritional bars. They are readily digestible and the clean flavor does not interfere with the finished bar flavor. They are also functional carbohydrates, maintaining the moisture of the bar and keeping the bar soft and chewy for extended shelf life.

Fibers
TruBran^® corn bran is available as a fine particle size powder, as well as a coarser fiber, which gives the formulator the ability to choose the appearance of the finished nutritional bar. These fibers are easily incorporated into nutritional bars to provide a “good” source of fiber. The neutral flavor does not interfere with the desired characteristics of the product.
