GOLDEN
GRIP® L100 adhesive
enhancer is specially formulated to increase green-bond
strength of corrugated board enabling faster production speeds.
AQUATITE®
resins are specially formulated to impart moisture resistance to
starch-based corrugating adhesives. AQUATITE NDF R100 resin is a
nondetectable formaldehyde
resin. AQUATITE LFR R106 resin contains a low free-formaldehyde
level. Both are red tinted to give a visual indicator in the adhesive.

dependable, high-quality, moisture-resistant (MR) or water-resistant (WR) adhesives,
especially when formulating with SUPERBOND carrier starches.
AQUATITE®
PLUS R150 resin is a specially formulated polymer designed
to impart water resistance to starch-based adhesives while increasing
green-bond strength of corrugated board enabling faster production speeds.
GPC unmodified corn starch
is manufactured under strict SPC/SQC programs to ensure a uniform quality product for
production of corrugated board.
BAG APPLICATIONS
SEALMASTER®
P100/P10F and P11F are modified corn starches specifically
developed to provide maximum adhesive performance. Adhesives made
from SEALMASTER provide viscosity stability, can be easily prepared in
a variety of mixing systems and in most cases, reduce slinging and cleanup
time. SEALMASTER P100-based adhesives are formulated for bonding
difficult paper combinations with superior strength at faster machine
speeds.
SEALMASTER®
P040 and P050 are proprietary, modified starch-based blends
specifically developed to provide maximum adhesive performance.
These one bag mix formula's can provide efficiencies in adhesive
preparation and inventory management as well as increased machine
speeds/productivity.
