GPC will be highlighting FYBRIN® RS F100 food starch-modified in several formulations at Booth 6507. FYBRIN® RS is a resistant starch that not only provides added fiber, but can also reduce calories in bakery, snack and beverage applications. PUMPKIN SPICE OAT DRINK DRY MIX

While oat milk is a popular plant-based beverage, most formulations lack protein and fiber content. To boost the nutritional value, this oat milk dry mix includes additional protein and fiber. This beverage features FYBRIN® RS, which adds a good source of fiber per serving. FYBRIN® RS has a neutral flavor profile and lowers calories in the beverage. MALTRIN QD® maltodextrin improves dispersion of protein, fiber and gums in the oat drink dry mix. Furthermore, MALTRIN QD® maltodextrin adds body and creaminess.

TROPICAL FLAVORED EFFERVESCENT TABLET WITH ELECTROLYTES

Effervescent tablets are a popular way to deliver a variety of ingredients into water. Electrolytes, vitamins, antioxidants and flavors are often formulated into effervescent tablets for quick dispersion in beverages that are immediately consumed. This pineapple coconut flavored tablet features MALTRIN QD® maltodextrin. MALTRIN QD® maltodextrin increases hardness and binding in the tablet. GLUTEN-FREE HIGH-FIBER CHICKPEA CHIP

Consumers continue to search for plant-based snack alternatives. This gluten-free chip features CP100-S steamed chickpea flour from Natural Products Incorporated as the main wheat flour replacement. Additional flour replacement is provided from GPC starches. As a bulking agent, PURE-DENT® corn starch provides a neutral flavor profile and smooth mouthfeel.
